I actually made this a while ago while playing with free motion quilting. I was not terribly fond of how it came out but over time I like it more. And, as a learning experience it fits in here PERFECTLY!
One thing I learn over and over again - never stop sewing. in this case, even as I did not like the way the letters came out I just kept going over it and building color, layer upon layer. I liked it more and more as it gave it weight. And now, it seems to sit in the makings of this quilt quite nicely!.
